As part of an infrastructure upgrade we will be remapping FTP, S3 and web file manager hostnames to new IP addresses. This maintenance is expected to cause a short temporary discrepancy between content that is being uploaded, content that is shown when listing buckets and folders, as well as availability of newly uploaded content during the maintenance window. The team will be actively synchronising metadata between the old and the new infrastructure while the remap is propagating to minimize the impact. Data that is already in our edge cache will not be affected by this maintenance. FTP users over SSL/TLS might need to accept new certificates depending on the FTP clients used.
